Phia Salon provided the most incredible salon experience I've ever had. The quality of service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the professionalism was unmatched. Minnie, my colorist and stylist, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard every step of the way. Not only is she super funny and friendly, but her extensive expertise made me feel confident that my hair was in the best hands. As a curly girl with thick hair, she perfectly achieved all my goals and gave me a finished look I absolutely love. I also have to mention the whole team-everyone was so friendly and supportive, which really added to the positive vibe of the salon. Danielle and her assistant did a wonderful job with my hair color. I had all over highlights done about a month ago. It was getting very brassy. Danielle suggested that we tone it and add low lights and it worked wonderfully. Exactly what I was looking for. I felt so pampered. Both are super knowledgeable with techniques to prove it. I'm only in town for a visit but definitely will mark them down as my go to! Thank you.

A fantastic experience with my haircut. I often asked for layers and face framing and for some reason I never get quite what I'm looking for. I decided to try a new place that's relatively close to campus as I am a student at Ohio State. I'm also trying to make sure I'm not blowing my budget. This is one of the most accommodating salons I've ever been to and the fact that they are Eco friendly And use healthy products is a huge plus! Everybody that works there is super nice and helpful and I love the policy that you can come back in two weeks if something isn't right. Aerial is incredible, every time I have gotten a service done I am absolutely in love with the final result! She is very detail oriented and takes the time to understand what you want your hair to look like. I have never felt heard and understood by a hairstylist more than her, I absolutely love her! My hair feels incredible as well as looks incredible I have nothing bad to say whatsoever !!
